At Excellent Source Academy, full payment is required to secure enrollment in all Medication Technician and CNA Preparation courses. Due to limited class availability, instructor scheduling, and the preparation of course materials, all payments are final and non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
• Student cancellation
• Scheduling conflicts
• Personal or family emergencies
• Failure to attend class
• Withdrawal before or after the course begins
Once registration is submitted and payment is processed, your seat is officially reserved and course resources are allocated specifically for your participation.
Excellent Source Academy understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In certain situations, and at the discretion of the academy, students may be considered for a one-time tuition transfer to a future Medication Technician or CNA Preparation course.
Transfer requests are subject to the following conditions:
• Requests are reviewed individually
• Approval is not automatic
• Credits must be used within six (6) months of the original registration date
• Tuition credits are non-transferable to another individual
• Placement is based on class availability
Students are responsible for reviewing all course information, policies, and scheduling requirements prior to enrollment. By registering and submitting payment, students acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the policies set forth by Excellent Source Academy.
Our goal is to maintain fairness, professionalism, and high-quality instruction for every student enrolled in our programs.
